In June 1941 one year after Lithuania and other Baltic states were occupied by the Soviet Union, the repressive structures, led by Communist party and KGB started massive arrests and deportations of Lithuanian population

As every year on June 14, Sunday, in the canter of Stockholm, St. Jacob church, commemoration of 1941 and subsequent year’s deportations from the three Baltic countries took place where a common prayer in Latvian, Lithuanian and Estonian languages was held.
