Second informal meeting of Lithuanian businessmen in Stockholm
Second informal meeting of Lithuanians working in business sector was hosted by East Capital and took place in company’s headquarters in Stockholm on the 29th of March. There were more than 20 Lithuanians employed in various Swedish companies, also entrepreneurs, representatives of the Embassy and member of Investment Advisory Counsel of Lithuanian Government in the meeting. Partner and CEO of East Capital Private Equity AB Mr. Kęstutis Sasnauskas presented East Capital’s history, experiences and insights of the Baltic States and Eastern Europe, especially of Russia.
Ambassador of Republic of Lithuania to the Kingdom of Sweden Eitvydas Bajarūnas welcomed participants of the meeting and noted that East Capital is one of the success stories’ of Lithuanian businessmen’s working abroad. East Capital is independent asset manager which is owned by 7 partners, 3 of them Lithuanian origin.East Capital is specializing in the emerging markets of Eastern Europe and China.
