Movie "Tadas Blinda" in Stockholm
On 11 February 2012, Lithuanian ambassador to Sweden Eitvydas Bajarūnas participated at the presentation of a Lithuanian film "Tadas Blinda. Beginning” in Stockholm. The demonstration of the movie for an audience of nearly 400 at Svenska Filminstitutet cinema hall was organized by the Board of the Lithuanian community in Sweden, under the auspices of the Embassy of the Republic of Lithuania in Sweden. For the large gathering of Lithuanians and guests the movie was introduced by the Chairwoman of the Board of the Lithuanian community in Sweden Lina Stode and the film director Donatas Ulvydas, arriving specially for the occasion. The director spoke about the creation of the movie and answered various questions from the audience. After the movie the organizers of the presentation took the opportunity to have a conversation with film director Donatas Ulvydas at an informal meeting at the Lithuanian Ambassador's Residence.
