Meeting with the students of the Lycée français de Stockholm

Ambassador of Lithuania to Sweden Eitvydas Bajarūnas and Cultural Attaché Saulė Mažeikaitė on 1 April, 2015 met with the students of the Lycée français de Stockholm. The participants of the meeting took part in a discussion on Europe, Lithuania, Vilnius, the Lithuanian Jewish heritage and their tragic history. Many of the students have already read a novel by a famous French writer Litvak Romain Gary "Promise at Dawn", which mostly depicts the pre-war Vilnius. The cooperation with the Lycée français de Stockholm to be continued at the conference on R.Gary organized by the Embassy of Lithuania.
