Lithuanian Ambassador to Sweden met with the representatives of the course for Eastern Partners on CSDP
On November 12, Lithuanian Ambassador to Sweden Eitvydas Bajarūnas met the representatives of the course for Eastern Partners on the EU's Common Security and Defence Policy (CSDP) and presented the key issues of the EU and NATO agendas. E.Bajarūnas informed the participants about Lithuanian priorities in the field of CSDP. He emphasized the importance of Eastern Partnership, energy security, strengthening of the EU and NATO relations.
The courses, which take place on November 12-15, are organized by Swedish Folke Bernadotte Academy together with Lithuania, Ministries of Foreign Affairs of Sweden and Poland and the European External Action Service. This has been the second module of the courses. The key point of this module is CSDP missions and operations.
