Invitation to a meeting with a famous Lithuanian poet and essayist Tomas Venclova
We cordially invite you to the poetry readings and a discussion with one of the most famous and well-known Eastern European poets of the 20th century Tomas Venclova. The meeting will take place at the St. Eugenia Church on the 23 August at 13.30 pm (the Main Hall, Kungsträdgårdsgatan 12, Stockholm, http://www.sanktaeugenia.se/?page_id=219). Tomas Venclova and British poet Fiona Sampson will read their poetry and take part in a discussion about the freedom of speech. The event will be held in the English language.
